our mission

“H.O.P.E. stands for Helping Overcome Past Experiences.  The mission of H.O.P.E. Youth Ranch is "to foster hope rather than despair, potential rather than limitation, healing rather than hurting, belonging rather than isolation and what the future can be rather than what the past has been.”

our vision

Transforming lives, Restoring families.

core values

H.O.P.E. Ranch's core values lay the foundation of who we are and what we are and govern our conduct at all times. Developed by our founders, board of directors & board of advisors these values reflect the qualities that are at the very core of all we do in dealing with children, donors, our community and each other. Our values are listed below.

Belief in God

HOPE Youth Ranch, Inc. is faith-based. We believe the Bible is the revealed word of God, fully inspired and without error. The Bible provides the Judeo Christian foundation for all that H.O.P.E. Ranch represents and aspires to become.

Children First

Our heart is to defend, protect and promote the welfare of the children in our care and the best interests of these children drives all decision making. Secondly, HOPE Youth Ranch respects the sanctity of each child's natural family. We make every appropriate effort to foster the successful restoration of children to a healthy family of origin through family therapy and on-site visitation.

Uncompromising integrity is expected and required throughout the organization in order to accomplish its mission.

We maintain and expect the highest standards of excellence in our provision of childcare and all other aspects of our organization. We encourage individuals to strive for excellence and growth in their personal and professional lives.
