 They've also encouraged us to dream and will be helping us add five additional homes to our main campus over the next five years.</FONT> <B> </B><A HREF="id255.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="Directors Desk"><U><B>See Executive Director's Letter</B></U></A><B>.</B></div> <bR> <div> In May 2005, HOPE Ranch Learning Academy was opened on the campus of HOPE Youth Ranch to provide our teens with an on campus school.  Our humble beginnings in a one room school house will soon be a thing of the past - Praise God!  On April 3, 2006 our "Little House on The Praire" school building, in much need of repairs, will come face to face with the loving arms of a very caring Tampa Bay area builder.</div> <bR> <div> Betsy Virgil, a good friend of HOPE Youth Ranch shared our work with Smith Family Homes and was the spark that God used to get the attention of these wonderful folks.  Ron and Marni Smith toured our facility along with their sons and management staff and encouraged us to dream big.  </div> <bR> <div> Smith Family Homes, Inc. along with generous subcontractors (see complete list below) <B><U>completely</U></B> renovated and improved our existing school building.  Construction began on April 3, 2006 and within 3 short weeks the work was all donel.  They added a very much needed bathroom to the building, installed a new a/c system, tiled the floors, installed cabinets in our kitchen, changed out our old windows, painted (inside and out), repaired the roof and drywalled the back room of the building which doubled our class room space.  God is So Good!</div> <bR> <div> We are also discussing the construction of a new school and chapel building where the unfinished brick building now stands.  Once this new building is in place the remodeled school building become administrative offices.</div> <bR> <div> For more information on this wonderful builder please visit their website at <A HREF="http://www.smithfamilyhomes.com" TARGET="_top" TITLE="http://www.smithfamilyhomes.com"><U><B>www.smithfamilyhomes.com</B></U></A><B> </B></div> <div> Smith Family Homes was named the 12<FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >th</FONT> Fastest Growing Builder by Builder Magazine in December 2005.
