The Scared
He has two older sisters and a younger brother. Together they were abused and abandoned by their father. Their mother is nowhere to be found. Unfortunately the siblings have been separated for some time now.
He loves his sisters and adores his brother. But keeping the siblings together is hard. His brother’s foster family wants to adopt the brother, therefore making the separation more permanent.
Sheltered by his older sisters, he has had a hard time becoming his own person. Bad dreams haunt him and the smallest things scare him. He has been traumatized and has no idea how to deal with it.
Despite all these difficulties, he has hope. He has a very caring and sensitive heart. Even though he is only ten years old he is extremely intelligent. He loves to read science books and takes pride in telling you what he learns. At times he can zone out and become slow and unresponsive. It is assumed he is contemplating the many horrors of his past.
Yet he is so sweet. He longs to be loved and accepted by everyone. His biggest prayer request is that he will not be permanently separated from his little brother. He longs for his family to be reunified.
Please pray that God calms his spirit and gives rest to his troubled mind. Pray that His perfect plan will be carried out in the reunification of these siblings.
